Seven formats, one room.

The same space, the same kitchen and the same team behind all of them. What changes is how the room is set and how the evening is run.

01

Conference Buyouts

One block from Moscone, which is the whole argument during RSA, Dreamforce and JPM week. Take the room for a night or for the week — we have run a full RSA Conference customer activation in this space.
02

Corporate Events

Customer dinners, partner roundtables, sales kickoffs. Room, bar, kitchen and floor team from one supplier, on one invoice, with one person coordinating.
03

Executive Dinners

Small counts at the long table, where the format does the work — nobody is stranded at the far end of a banquet round. Coursed and plated with wine by the course: a brandade crostini with sumac pickles to open, persimmon salad with baked chèvre and fig tapenade, then black cod with spring risotto or short ribs with fava purée and pomegranate molasses, finishing on cardamom chocolate pot de crème. Founder-level service, and the room closed to everyone else.
04

Networking Receptions

Standing format, 60–90 guests, passed bites and a working bar. The room is one open space, so a reception never splits into two parties that cannot hear each other.
05

Product Launches

A co-branded bar menu, your creative on the walls, and HDMI and a mic for the demo. The lantern ceiling photographs well, which matters more than it sounds when the launch has to live on afterwards.
06

Team Offsites

Daytime use of the whole room, the long table as the working surface, and food that arrives without breaking the agenda. HDMI and a mic as standard.
07

Private Dinners

Birthdays, rehearsal dinners, milestones. The same room and the same kitchen as the corporate work, which is why the food does not taste like an add-on.

We've hosted the hard ones.

You don't need to bring a caterer.

The bar is ours and the kitchen is ours. Soju-based signatures and coffee cocktails under an ABC Type 41 license — beer, wine and sake alongside — or a co-branded menu built for your night. Food comes Mediterranean-first from the Hungry Kitchens commissary, at grazing, passed, family-style or seated-dinner scale.

Questions, answered.

Every event is quoted individually — the room, the bar programme and the food are priced to what you are actually running. Tell us the date and the headcount and you will have a custom quote within 24 hours.

Questions we get asked

How many guests does the room hold? 38 seated at the communal table, 60–90 standing for a reception. It is one open room, taken exclusively — there is no second party in the building.
Can we bring our own caterer? Our kitchen does the food, and that is what keeps the room, the bar and the catering as one team on one invoice with nobody to coordinate between. That said, an outside caterer is possible for a fee — if you have a dietary or religious requirement our kitchen cannot meet, or a client who arrives with their own, tell us early and we will price it.
Is there a bar, and what can you serve? A full in-house bar programme under an ABC Type 41 license: beer, wine, sake, and our soju-based signature cocktails. That license does not extend to distilled spirits, so there is no whisky or vodka list.
How close is Moscone Center? One block. That is why the room fills during RSA, Dreamforce and JPM week, and why conference-week dates go first.
Do you have AV? HDMI and a microphone come as standard, with upgrades available. Enough for a demo, a deck or a short programme without bringing a production company.
Can we take the whole room? Yes — exclusive use is the default, not an upgrade. Every booking is a buyout of the entire space.
How much can we change the room? A great deal. Furniture can be added or reconfigured, and the frontage is yours: printed window decals, floor graphics, banners and signage. We have handed the whole storefront over to a client brand before — decals across the glass, their signage above the door, bar tables out on the sidewalk. Branding, AV, florals, DJ, photography and security are all arranged through us.
Are there any kitchen restrictions? Two worth knowing before you plan a menu: no raw cooking on site and no open flames. The kitchen is a finishing kitchen — warming ovens, a heat well, prep tables and refrigeration — with the cooking done at the Hungry Kitchens commissary and finished here. It is why the food arrives on time rather than fashionably late.
How far ahead do we need to book? Anywhere from a day to three months — it depends entirely on scope. The room on its own turns around fast. A full activation with catering, a bar programme and AV needs more notice than a standing reception with passed bites. If your date is close, ask anyway: we have put events together in twenty-four hours.
Is there parking? Yes — there is a parking garage in the same building, so your guests are not circling SoMa looking for a space.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
How late can the event run? The cut-off is 1:30am, so a dinner that turns into a proper night has room to do that.
What does it cost? Every event is quoted individually, because the room, the bar programme and the food are priced to what you are actually running — a standing reception for eighty and a seated dinner for thirty are different evenings. Tell us the date, the headcount and roughly what you have in mind, and you will have a custom quote within 24 hours.
